Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via International mail with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by FEDEX with required signature, an additional cost will be applied when choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fee of $10.97 include handling and packing fee as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Handling time: 1-3 business days.

Shipping time 5-15 business days.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized ordersPerishable products (like food or flowers)Digital downloadsIntimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
